Compare accredited hospitals and add up to 3 to your list. Not sure? Tell us the problem, and we suggest hospitals for you to approve.
Day 1
Send your reports
Send recent reports and scans on WhatsApp, or the way your coordinator suggests. Your coordinator removes your phone number and email, then sends your case to the hospitals you chose.
Within 2 working days
Compare written estimates
A doctor at each hospital reviews your reports and sends an opinion and a written estimate. You compare them and choose.
Replies usually within a few days
Travel, treatment and home
We arrange the hospital's visa invitation letter, someone to meet you at the airport, an interpreter and help with a place to stay. Your coordinator stays with you through admission, discharge and follow-up from home.
Until you recover
Your privacy at each step
- Your reports go only to the hospitals you choose.
- Hospitals receive your case through Lazuren, without your phone number or email.
- We keep your enquiry and reports in private, encrypted storage. Each report is deleted from it about 90 days after it arrives there.
